Pavilion Facility

The pavilion is available to all residents of Windsor Crest and can be privately rented for parties and events and includes picnic tables, two grills, a fire pit and bathroom access.

The rental fee varies on the size of group and can include entry for guests into the pool area.

Pavilion Rental Details

1. The facilities are rented on a first come, first serve basis.

2. Please check the WCC event calendar for current bookings and events and contact the Pavilion committee member prior to completing the form to ensure availability.

3. In the case Windsor Crest Club (WCC) activities are scheduled, the facilities cannot be leased.

4. The pavilion is available for lease during the pool season from Memorial Day to Labor Day while there is staff on site.

5. Two lease time options are available. All parties must set‐up no sooner than One hour before party is scheduled to begin and conclude no later than 9:00 pm.

Pavilion Rental Charges

• Pavilion & Swimming | up to 10 guests $40

• Pavilion & Swimming | up to 25 guests $85

• Pavilion only | up to 30 guests $40

There is a $3 charge for adding additional guests, though note the maximum guest allowance is capped at 50 people.
